The house was completed right on schedule and completely ready for move-in with only very minor touch-ups required afterwards. AJ Building Services did a fabulous job in building our screen porch. Our deck was old and need of repair so we decided it was about time we had a screen porch built. Andy came in with a reasonable bid and a willingness to work with us on design and the use of new and innovative products. All through the building process Andy and his crew kept us informed, they were punctual, kept the work site in a orderly manner, if we had any questions or concerns they were prompt to answer was always ready for the when the inspector arrived. It was a pleasure working with Andy and his crew, always helpful, willing to check out new and products. With AJ Building Services’ foresight we were able to add a new deck surrounding the porch that fit into the architecture perfectly. With no hesitation we would definitely use AJ Building Services again, it was great experience.

My husband and I thought AJ Building Services did a great job and we would use them again. Daniel and team did an excellent job transforming my carport into a garage, building a shed, updating electrical, and guiding me through the complicated county process. We needed the renovation due to a zoning violation from a previous owner, and their assistance helped me validate our insurance claim on appeal. Andy has been doing construction jobs for us for over 10 years. Andy and his associates are honest, hard-working craftsmen and can handle any size building project, from new construction to home remodeling to home additions. They can do it all! AJ Building services is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I do a lot of work in my older home and have used a lot of contractors in the past. They did a two floor addition over 2000 sq feet and everything was done within budget and they finished ahead of time.
